WhatsApp reminders: a pace to suit your guests
Personal messages and an illustrative schedule, without a promised response rate.

Before sending a reminder
Check the replies received and your response deadline. No reply does not mean a decline. Consider any conversations you have already had with the household and how much time remains before the event.
Around day 7: a first reminder
If your schedule allows, wait about a week after the invitation. Write only to households that have not replied. Example: “Hello, have you had a chance to view our invitation? Here is your personal link: [household link]. A reply by [date] would help us prepare the celebration. Thank you!”
Around day 14: offer help
If there is still no reply, ask whether the link works or the household needs more time. Example: “Hello, do you need any details about the time or venue? Please let us know if you are having trouble replying.”
Around day 21: speak directly if needed
If the deadline is close, a call may be more useful than another message. This schedule is an example to adapt, not a measured method or a guarantee of results. Stop sending reminders once you receive a clear answer.
In Tov: one household, its own link
View households that have not replied in Follow up. Check the message and recipient, then send it yourself in WhatsApp. Keep each personal link for its intended household: do not paste it in a group with several households. Tov does not promise to adapt the text automatically to the reminder number.
