1. Purpose of the service
Tov.events provides a platform for creating and managing digital invitations. Using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Access and registration
Access to the service requires creating a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. If they are lost or you suspect they have been compromised, you can revoke your active sessions from your settings.
3. Imported data and third-party services
When you import contacts (address book, CSV/vCard files), this data is used solely to help you build your guest list. We comply with the data policies of the third-party API services you connect.
4. User responsibilities
You agree not to use the service to distribute unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or indecent content. The content of your invitations is your sole responsibility.
- Photos and media: you warrant that you hold the necessary rights to publish the photos you upload and that you have obtained the consent of the people who appear in them.
- Guest data: the contact details you enter (email, phone) must be obtained lawfully; guests may ask you at any time to remove their data.
- No spam: Tov.events invitations are not a marketing tool. Mass sending to contacts who did not ask for it is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the website (logos, designs, themes, illustrations) belong to Tov.events. The content you create (title, description, photos, guest list) remains your property; you grant us the simple, non-transferable license needed to host it and make it available to the recipients you choose.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. Deletion is permanent: after confirmation by email, your events, guests, replies and related data are erased immediately. Some pseudonymized or technical data remain; they are detailed in the privacy policy. You can also delete a single celebration at any time; otherwise, it is kept until you delete it.
