When is the brit milah?
On the 8th day, counting the day of birth: a boy born on a Tuesday has his brit the following Tuesday (the Jewish day starts at sunset). It is usually held even on Shabbat or a festival, and it is postponed if the baby’s health requires: your mohel or rabbi will confirm.
Should the name be on the invitation?
No. By custom, the name is announced during the brit: the invitation speaks of “our son”, and your guests discover his name that day.
How are the invitations sent?
From your phone, on WhatsApp: Tov prepares the message and each household’s link, you send it. Then you see who replied and who hasn’t.
Do our guests need an account?
No. They open the link they got on WhatsApp and reply. That’s all.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the beta: you create, send and follow your invitations without paying, and with no ads.
