The website is hosted on the Cloudflare Pages infrastructure (global edge network), with a Postgres database operated by Neon in the European Union (Frankfurt). The full list of our service providers is in the privacy policy.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software) is the property of Tov.events or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, display, modification or use is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.
4. Terms of use
By accessing the Tov.events website, you accept these terms. The service lets you create and manage event invitations online.
- You are responsible for the content you publish through the service.
- Any unlawful, discriminatory or indecent content is prohibited.
- Tov.events reserves the right to suspend any account in breach.
- The service is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of permanent availability.
5. Limitation of liability
Tov.events cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including data loss or service interruptions.
6. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
