Send your invitations

Discover the different ways to send your invitations and make sure every guest receives yours.

Campaign system

Campaigns are the main way to organize your sends on Tov.events. A campaign groups a set of guests, a personalized message and send tracking. It's like preparing a mailing for a group of people.

To create a campaign, follow the 3-step wizard:

  • Choose recipients — select guests individually or by category (family, friends, colleagues).
  • Write the message — personalize the invitation text each guest will receive via WhatsApp. The link to your invitation is included automatically.
  • Send — from the campaign dashboard, click each WhatsApp link to open the pre-filled conversation and confirm the send.

Each campaign has its own tracking dashboard: you see who already received the invitation and who is pending. You can create as many campaigns as needed — for example one for family and another for friends, with different messages.

Tip Create separate campaigns by guest category (family, friends, work) to personalize the tone of each message and better track your sends.

WhatsApp is the primary sending channel on Tov.events, and for good reason: it's the most widely used and effective communication method for personal invitations. Your guests will receive a personalized message with a direct link to your invitation.

To send your invitations via WhatsApp:

  • Go to the "Guests" page of your event.
  • Select one or more guests (or an entire category).
  • Click "Send via WhatsApp".
  • WhatsApp opens automatically with the pre-written message — you just need to confirm the send.

You can send invitations individually or in bulk using batch sending. The system automatically prepares a personalized message for each guest with the unique link to your invitation.

WhatsApp sending is integrated with the official Meta Cloud API to guarantee the reliability and delivery quality of each message.

Tip For a better response rate, send your invitations in the evening (between 6 PM and 8 PM) when your guests are more available to check their messages.

Quick Send

Quick Send is a shortcut for sending invitations without going through the campaign wizard. From the guest list, select one or more people, then click the Quick Send button.

A window opens with a pre-written message containing your invitation link. Tov.events automatically creates a campaign in the background to track these sends. You don't need to do anything else: the WhatsApp links are ready to use.

It's the ideal method when you want to add a few people quickly without setting up a full campaign.

Automatic reminders

Coming soon! Automatic reminders will let you resend a reminder to guests who haven't responded yet, with no extra effort on your part.

The planned reminder system will include:

  • Scheduled reminders — set a delay (e.g. 3 days, 1 week) before an automatic reminder is sent.
  • Custom messages — customize the reminder text to keep it friendly and natural.
  • Smart targeting — only guests who haven't responded yet will receive the reminder.

In the meantime, you can easily send reminders manually by selecting guests with no response and resending the invitation via WhatsApp.

Tip Send a reminder about a week before your event to maximize responses. A friendly and warm tone is always more effective.

AI message translation

For multicultural events, Tov.events offers an automatic translation assistant powered by artificial intelligence. When creating or editing a campaign, you can translate your message in one click to French, English, Hebrew or Spanish.

The translation preserves the tone and style of your original message. You can then edit the translated text before sending. This is especially useful if you have guests who speak different languages — create one campaign per language with the same content automatically translated.

Send by email

Coming soon! We're actively working on email invitation sending to complement the existing sending options.

Email sending will let you send beautiful invitations directly to your guests' inboxes, with a polished design and a built-in response link. Each email will be personalized with the guest's name and your event details.

In the meantime, you can easily copy your invitation link and send it by email manually. Your guests will be able to view the invitation and respond as usual.

Note Email sending is under development. We'll let you know as soon as it's available. In the meantime, use WhatsApp or share the link directly.

Send by SMS

Coming soon! SMS sending is being prepared to reach guests who don't use WhatsApp.

SMS offers an exceptional read rate (over 95%) and is ideal for reaching people who don't use instant messaging apps. Each SMS will contain a short message and a link to your invitation.

While waiting for this feature, you can send an SMS manually by copying your invitation link and pasting it into a standard text message.

Note SMS sending is under development and will be available soon. Stay tuned!
