Getting Started

Creating your Tov.events account is free and takes just a few seconds. Go to the sign-up page and enter your name, email address and a secure password.

You can also check the "Remember me" option when logging in to stay signed in on your device and easily access your events on every visit.

Once registered, you immediately access your personal dashboard. This is your central hub for managing all your events, guests and account settings.

From your dashboard, click "Create an event". You'll be guided through the essential details:

• Event type — wedding, bar mitzvah, birthday, baby shower, engagement party, and many more (10 types available).
• Date and time — choose the day and time of your celebration.
• Venue — enter the full address so your guests can easily find their way (with built-in Waze directions).
• Title and description — give your event a catchy name and add a personal message.

Don't worry if you don't have all the details yet — you can edit everything at any time from your event editor.

Adding guests is simple and flexible. Tov.events offers several import methods to save you time:

• Manual entry — type each guest's name and phone number one by one.
• Import from contacts — import directly from your phone, a VCF file, or Google Contacts.
• Paste a list — paste a list of names and numbers from any document.

You can organize your guests into categories (family, friends, colleagues) to make group sending and response tracking easier. Check the "Manage your guests" page for more details.

Select the theme that best matches the mood of your event. Tov.events currently offers two beautiful themes:

• Classic (free) — an elegant and versatile theme, perfect for all event types. It offers multiple color palettes and advanced customization options.
• Marrakech — Bandana Blue Edition (premium) — a vibrant theme inspired by Moroccan riads, with elegant animations and a warm, festive atmosphere.

Each theme offers color palettes that you can customize so your invitation perfectly reflects your style. You can preview each theme before making your choice.

Once your invitation is ready, it's time to publish it and send it to your guests. Here are the final steps:

• Preview your invitation to make sure everything looks perfect.
• Publish your event to make it accessible via its unique link.
• Send via WhatsApp — the fastest and most effective way to invite your loved ones.
• Share the link — copy the link or QR code to share on social media or by any other means.

Your invitation has a custom URL in the format tov.events/@yourname/my-event, easy to remember and share. Once published, you can track responses in real time from your dashboard.

Tov.events supports 10 event types to suit every occasion in your life:

• Wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Birthday, Brit Milah, Henna
• Engagement, Party, Shabbat, Conference, Other

The event type you choose automatically adapts the invitation wording (for example "the couple" for a wedding, "the Bar Mitzvah" for a Bar Mitzvah). It also suggests budget templates and recommendations tailored to each type of celebration.

Don't have time to create a full campaign? Quick Send lets you invite people directly from the guest list in just a few clicks.

Select one or more guests, click the Quick Send button, and a pre-written WhatsApp message with your invitation link will be prepared for each person. It's the simplest way to send invitations without going through the campaign wizard.
