Manage your profile, subscription, account security and personal data.

Profile and preferences

Your profile contains the personal information linked to your Tov.events account. You can edit it at any time from the "My account" page.

Your profile information includes:

  • Username — this is the name that appears in your custom URLs (tov.events/@yourname). Choose it carefully as it represents your identity on the platform.
  • Email address — used for login and important notifications.
  • Preferred language — choose the interface language from French, English, Hebrew and Spanish.

The language you select in your profile determines the site interface language (menus, buttons, messages). It's independent of the language of your invitations, which you can configure separately for each event.

Plans and pricing

Tov.events offers two subscription levels to fit your needs:

  • Free — create your events with the Classic theme, manage your guests and send your invitations via WhatsApp. All essential features are included, with no time limit.
  • Premium — access exclusive themes (like Marrakech), advanced features and a complete experience with no restrictions.

Subscription management is done from the "My account" page, "Subscription" section. Payment is secured by Stripe, the global leader in online payments. You can view your payment history, change plans or cancel your subscription at any time.

If you switch from Premium to Free, Tov.events will clearly show you the impact of the change on your existing events before confirming the modification.

Tip Start with the Free plan to discover all the basic features. You can upgrade to Premium at any time if you want access to exclusive themes.

Account security

Your account security is a top priority for Tov.events. We've implemented several measures to protect your data and access:

  • Secure password — we require a strong password at sign-up. You can change it at any time from your account settings.
  • HTTPS connection — all communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted (SSL/TLS).
  • Anti-bot protection — protection mechanisms (honeypot, rate limiting) prevent automated attacks on login forms.
  • Secure sessions — your session is automatically regenerated and expires after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access.
  • CSRF protection — every form is protected against Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks.

To strengthen your account security, we recommend using a unique password that you don't use on any other site, and changing it regularly.

Data protection (GDPR)

Tov.events complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We take the protection of your personal data and your guests' data very seriously.

Your data protection rights:

  • Right of access — you can view all the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — modify your personal information at any time.
  • Right to erasure — request the complete deletion of your account and all your data.
  • Right to portability — export your data in a standard format.

Your guests' data (names, phone numbers, responses) is stored securely and encrypted. It is never shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. For more details, see our Legal notices page accessible from the site footer.

Important You can exercise your GDPR rights at any time by contacting us via the contact page or directly from your account settings.

Sign in with Google

You can sign in to Tov.events with your Google account in a single click, without having to remember an extra password. This option is available on the login and sign-up pages.

Google login uses the secure OAuth protocol: Tov.events never sees your Google password. We only access your name and email address to create or identify your account. If you already have a Tov.events account with the same email address, both accounts are automatically linked.

Collaborators

Not organizing alone? Invite co-organizers to manage your event with you. From your event settings, add a collaborator by email address.

Collaborators can access event management: guest list, sends, responses and settings. Each collaborator must have a Tov.events account. You can remove a collaborator at any time if needed. You remain the main owner of the event and keep full control.

Plan comparison

Tov.events offers a comprehensive Free plan and a Premium plan for advanced features. Here are the main differences:

  • Free — Classic theme, full guest management, WhatsApp sending, campaigns, response tracking, gifts, budget, reminders. All the essentials with no time limit.
  • Premium — everything in the Free plan + exclusive themes (Marrakech), detailed statistics with charts, and priority access to upcoming features.

The Free plan is sufficient for most events. Upgrade to Premium only if you want an exclusive theme or advanced statistics. You can change your plan at any time from your "My Account" page.

Delete my account

If you wish to delete your Tov.events account, you can do so from your account settings, "Deletion" section. Before proceeding, here's what you need to know:

  • Permanent deletion — your account, all your events, guest lists and all associated data will be irreversibly deleted.
  • Online invitations — the invitation links you've shared will no longer work after deletion.
  • Premium subscription — if you have an active subscription, it will be automatically cancelled.

We understand that life changes and you may no longer need our service. If you have an issue we can resolve, don't hesitate to contact us before deleting your account — we'll do everything we can to help.

Important Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, events and guest lists will be lost. Remember to export your data before proceeding.
