Bar Mitzvah

He becomes a man

Saturday morning Aliyah, a kiddush lunch for 60 at the synagogue, the big party Sunday night with 180 guests, family photos with the grandparents flying in from Tel Aviv. Tov handles the full weekend program on a single page — you handle the emotion of seeing your son called to the Torah.

Why Tov for a Bar Mitzvah

The full weekend
on one page

Multi-event program

Saturday morning Aliyah (Synagogue X), kiddush, Saturday Shabbat lunch (who eats where), Sunday night party (venue Y, dress code Z). Each guest sees exactly what they’re invited to and where to go — no need to ask.

RSVP by event

Aunt Sarah comes for lunch but not the party? Cousins from Jerusalem only for Shabbat? RSVPs work event by event, so you know exactly how many place settings to plan for at each moment.

Photos + gifts centralized

Memory page after the event: guests upload the weekend photos, family sees them in real time. Discreet gift list (who gave what for thank-yous), managed without opening 60 envelopes.

Parent questions

Your questions,
our answers.

Can I manage multiple events on the same invitation?

Yes. A typical Bar Mitzvah has 3 to 5 moments (Aliyah, kiddush, lunch, party, Sunday brunch). You add each event with its location, time, and dress code. Guests see the full program and confirm event by event.

Can the grandparents in Israel get the invitation in Hebrew?

Yes. The invitation auto-detects each guest's browser language — your Jerusalem grandparents see the Hebrew version, your London cousins see English, your Paris colleagues see French. One creation, four languages.

What about after the event? Photos, thank-yous...

Automatic memory page after the event date — guests upload their photos (with moderation by you), everything is centralized. For thank-yous, you see the list of who came / who gave what, and send notes in a few clicks.

Can each event have a different dress code?

Of course. Suit + kippah for synagogue, smart-casual for Shabbat lunch, party attire for Sunday night — each event carries its own dress code that guests see on the relevant page.
